I have been a Realtor and Real Estate Broker in San Diego for the past 20 years.   I have a client with multiple properties in the Sacramento area that wanted to liquidate her estate, and we had Kyle help my client with the listing and sale of these properties.  These properties were not easy listings.  Most of the properties had deferred maintenance and some had uncooperative tenants.  He had to work with these existing tenants, helped schedule property inspections and recommended contractors for repairs.  He also dealt with personal property left behind and helped us negotiate to get the best price for the estate.    At times, we lost buyers due to the property condition, but he quickly had replacement buyers in place.  He is a skilled professional.  He effectively communicated with me, the trustee and the attorneys throughout the sale process.
