A Win-Win Off-Market Sale at 1335 School Street

This was the second home we’ve sold for the seller, following their recent move-up purchase to a new primary residence. Given the condition of the house, which required a cash sale, the seller opted for an off-market approach. They were looking for privacy, convenience, and the kind of smooth experience that comes with working directly with investors—and we were honored to help make that happen.

On the other side of the deal was a buyer we know well—a repeat client who brings enthusiasm, vision, and a deep understanding of the neighborhood. They had previously flipped the house right next door, which we successfully sold this past May. Their plans for 1335 School Street include a thoughtful remodel: a new HVAC system, a second bathroom, RV access, and enhanced drainage around the property.

If all goes to plan, we’ll be bringing this beautifully updated home to market in the fall—and we can’t wait to showcase the transformation.
